It seems as though FIFA has readied a few other countries to host the World Cup should South Africa continue on the downward trend they seem to be experiencing.  I wonder who those countries are?  I’d imagine they’d be people such as Germany, France and the UK - simply because of the vast number of top-quality football stadiums in those countries.
